FAQs

Q: Does online coaching always involve mobility and strength/fitness training?

A: Yes and No. Unless you wish otherwise we combine mobility and strength training in your program. This has led to the best results with our past clients. If you only want to work on one or the other that’s possible as well.

Q: Can I apply for your online coaching program if I am a newbie to fitness, strength and/or mobility?

A:  Absolutely. As long as you are willing to put in the work and commit to the coaching you can start no matter your current fitness level.

Q: What equipment do I need?

A: Mobility can be done at home. You will need yoga blocks, tennis balls and comfortable flooring as basic equipment.
For the strength training part of the coaching we recommend access to a gym or basic equipment at home, but it ultimately depends on your personal goals. During the last 2 years many of our clients did home workouts with very minimal equipment and had success non the less.

 Q: Can I get a refund?

A: For all 1:1 coaching services we have a strict no refund policy once the initial revocation period is over (14 days revocation period starting the day of the payment)

Q:  Is nutrition covered?

A:  We provide you with a nutrition guide and will help you as much as necessary to reach your performance and health goals. The coaching is not a nutrition coaching, but nutrition is a part of performance and training and can therefore be part of the coaching process (depending on the coaching option you choose).

Q: How is mobility training different to conventional strength/resistance training?

A: Mobility is in many ways the most important quality to train as it creates the prerequisites necessary for all other forms of training (weight lifting, endurance work, power development, etc). Mobility focuses on improving the health, and function of your joints and is (most of the time) supplemental to your strength/fitness/sport specific training.

Q: Do you offer only one coaching option?

A: No. We have several options. Depending on your individual goals we recommend either one of the options we have, but ultimately you have the freedom of choice :)

Q: Is there a female specific coaching?

A: Yes. When working with females, Leslie usually puts an emphasis on teaching her clients about the female physiology as part of the coaching process.

Q: Which coaching program is the best for me?

A: This is very individual. A lot of things come into play here. How close do you want to work with us, what should the coaching include etc. The best way to find the best solution for you is to schedule a consulting call and we will talk it through together.
